Roof Replacements, HVAC Replacements, Tapered Insulation Package, Standing Seam Roof Replacement, Interior Paint, Interior Acoustic Tiles, Canopies

About the Project

This project included replacing all TPO roofing systems on the building with an insulation package that provided a taper, allowing for proper drainage. The standing seam roofs were also replaced, including the insulation. The roof-top HVAC units were replaced, including a reset of multiple 20-ton units. The interior received new paint and acoustic tiles. Overall, the project was completed ahead of schedule and without interruption to services and operations.
