Before
Definition
Next Phase will provide you with the information you need to ensure your claim is successful. Once contracted, we will analyze the entire property and develop a plan for completing the project. We take note of special considerations, such as landscaping, playgrounds, parent/child pick up and drop off zones, bus loading zones, buried cables/plumbing, and high-line power. Our mission is to complete the project with as little disruption to your normal operations as possible. These details are accounted for upfront and are built into the plan.

During
Execution
Next Phase handles the most complex roof restorations in Oklahoma. Every one of our projects is custom-tailored to meet the design of the building and the unique schedules associated with its use. Tearing off the roof can be a messy process; we strive to remove the old roof safely and responsibly dispose of the debris by utilizing a dumpster for trash and a separate dumpster for metal recycling. The new roof and related components are then correctly installed. We manage and monitor the job site daily for cleanliness and safety during the removal and installation process. Our materials and equipment are kept on-site in a fenced and locked enclosure to ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment – separated from your normal operations.
After
Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Upon completion, we perform a series of walk-through inspections of the work performed to ensure the work’s quality meets or exceeds the high standards you expect. The final inspection occurs when you are completely satisfied. We will install your new roof with industry-proven materials and custom-designed details that eliminate the ongoing maintenance and repairs for years to come. The materials installed will provide the new roof with UV stabilizers and a high fire, high wind, and high impact rating, all helping to lower your insurance rates and utility costs.

01
Definition
Phase 1 of every successful project begins with a complete and thorough definition of the project, its unique details, and obstacles—these aid in building a Scope of Work related to all aspects of the job. Then, we break down the project scope into tasks, which helps define each step to complete the project.
02
Scope
Next Phase will perform an in-depth review of the call-outs, requirements, and data, which will drive the project’s cost. We will present any recommendations or deviation of plans and offer a bid package with cut sheets and a detailed timeline.
03
Initiation
A project is authorized during the initiation phase of a project. Sometimes this is a formal authorization, and sometimes it is a relatively informal procedure. A meeting is arranged between the Client, Contractor, and Project Manager to provide a complete description of the project, including timeline, specifications, contract, and schedules.
04
Planning
During the planning phase, the project team develops a comprehensive project plan that consists of several elements. The comprehensiveness of the project plan will depend upon the complexity and duration of the project. The project plan for smaller projects may be relatively brief. It is essential to match the amount of planning to the complexity of a project.
05
Execution
The execution phase is where we put our plan into action. We’ve established what work is to be done, who is to do it, and when they are to do it. As the client, you have chosen materials and specifications involved in your restoration.
06
Capital Recovery
On projects which call for draw requests or progress billing to insurance carriers, we utilize the American Institute of Architects billing forms known as the AIA 702 and AIA 703. The Capital Recovery portion of our project managers can sometimes begin immediately, and other projects may not occur until it has been completed.
07
Review
As the actual project work is accomplished, we will be comparing it to our planned work. This is what the review phase is all about: comparing actual to planned work. When the two are the same or relatively the same, we will be satisfied with the results, but if the results vary too greatly, it is time to investigate why.
08
Evaluation
The Evaluation stage of our commercial project PLAN encompasses a company walk-through with subs and supervisors. A final customer walk-through and punch list zeroed out, activation of product warranties, and final documents package prepared for the client.
09
Completion
Once we've executed the entire project plan and produced the project deliverables, it is time to close the project with our client. During this phase of the project, there are a few items that need to be accomplished. First, our customer needs to accept the project deliverables such as warranty paperwork, final invoice (if required), and lien waivers.
