About the Project
This project is a new construction, fully designed and built by our sister company Next Phase Homes. This roofing project featured custom 24GA standing seam panels in a flat black panel design. The custom wall panels and flashings were fabricated to give the home a modern aesthetic. Backer rod strips were added and adjusted to each panel in order to prevent oil canning in the roofing system. This created a striking appearance, and this home is featured in multiple architectural magazines for its unique design.
