Description

The TPO Roofing system on this 76-year-old foundry was replaced due to severe wind damage. The entire complex required new roofing system. The roof's on the various buildings were replaced with low-rise foam, lightweight concrete, fleece-back TPO, and fully adhered systems. Taper packages were added for proper drainage and custom coping system. The project and the steel deck repairs were done during business operations in a coordinated effort to maximize efficiency during the project.
