Description

After beginning the full replacement of the roof on this school, installation errors and defects in the roof deck were discovered. The roof was torn off down to the roof deck which was rusted though in many areas. These sections of bad decking were properly replaced and the roof was installed with enough insulation to exceed building code requirements. The new foam roof was then applied and a hail impact resistant coating was added to give the building enhanced protection from the elements.
