Description

The existing foam roof of this shopping center was shaved down to leave a smooth, consistent surface for the new roof to be applied over. Moisture detection equipment was utilized to ensure the base layer was dry prior to installation of the new foam roof. The new roof was applied and a hail resistant coating was applied to increase the buildings resistance to the elements. All rooftop HVAC units were removed and had new curbs installed to ensure compliance with building code. Full replacement was secured for 6 commercial rooftop HVAC units which were installed during the roofing project.
