Next Phase led the full restoration of this school to return it to safe, functional use. In addition to installing a new tapered TPO roofing system, the project involved a complete interior rebuild. Next Phase coordinated with subcontractors to handle HVAC replacement, electrical work, flooring installation, ceiling tile replacement, and all necessary carpentry, sheetrock, and painting. Through efficient project management and collaboration, the team was able to restore the building to operational condition on a rapid timeline—ensuring minimal disruption to school activities.
