Description

Extensive rerouting of electrical and plumbing lines across the roof required a highly coordinated effort, with teams working continuously over several weeks to complete the project and ensure the building could be safely reopened to students. The project was mobilized and executed with remarkable speed, restoring full use of the facility with minimal disruption to the academic calendar.

The roofing system included tapered ISO insulation, a fully adhered TPO membrane, custom cleated metal coping, new downspouts, guttering, and collector boxes—all fabricated from 24-gauge Kynar-coated metal. The completed roof is manufacturer-inspected and backed by a 20-year NDL warranty.
