Description

Next Phase completed a full replacement of every roof on this school campus. The administration building received standing seam metal roofing and custom metal details around rooftop HVAC equipment, eliminating leaks that had been plaguing the school for years. The auditorium received an upgraded insulation package including a complete redeck and structural ISO insulation package. The other buildings on campus received new metal roofs and upgraded insulation to meet contemporary building code standards. This project was completed during summer break without any disruption in normal operations or class schedules.
