Scope of Work
Roof System, Guttering, Plywood
Description
This church previously had an aging cedar shake roof, allowing interior water damage across the church campus. Next Phase removed the cedar shakes and installed a new plywood substrate on all buildings of the structure. Once the new substrate was installed, we layered on a synthetic felt paper and a Certainteed Presidential Shake asphalt shingle. This combination provided the church the look of wood shakes but with the durability and hail resistance of a modern shingle.
