Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost to become a member?
Membership is free.
Are there any ongoing fees?
No.
Can I cancel my membership?
Membership terms are annual, automatically renewing each year, however membership can be cancelled at any time.
How does the pre-storm inspection benefit me?
Our experts thoroughly document your roof’s condition before a storm, creating a record that helps prevent insurance disputes over pre-existing damage and supports smoother claim approvals.
What happens if my roof is damaged in a storm?
As a Storm Response Program member, you receive first-priority service for inspections and repairs. Our team will assess the damage, implement temporary mitigation strategies if needed, and work with your insurance to restore and repair your roof.
Does this program guarantee that my insurance claim will be approved?
No, while we provide expert documentation and support for insurance claims, we cannot guarantee claim approval or coverage decisions made by your insurance provider.
How does the program work with my current insurance policy?
We use the same estimating software as insurance companies, ensuring your repair costs match what insurance approves. If you have an RCV policy, your maximum out-of-pocket cost is just your deductible–no hidden fees. No price gouging or insurance disputes–we work directly with adjusters to ensure fair pricing and fast approvals.
If I sign up through my insurance carrier, are they liable for the work that is completed?
The selection of a contractor is solely the responsibility of the policyholder. The insurer and agent make no guarantees or warranties regarding the contractor's work.
Are all roofing types covered under this program?
Yes, our team has expertise in a variety of commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal, and historic tile.

Next Phase Roofing provides professional inspections and maintenance services; however, we do not assume liability for any pre-existing conditions, latent defects, or unforeseen failures of the roof system. Our evaluations are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection and do not guarantee future performance under severe weather events, structural deficiencies, or material degradation. Property owners remain responsible for maintaining their roofing systems, and our recommendations serve as guidance rather than warranties of future performance.

No Responsibility for Third-Party Delays: Next Phase Roofing is not responsible for delays caused by insurance companies, adjusters, material shortages, permitting processes, or other third-party entities involved in the claim and repair process.
Limited Scope of Inspections: Our inspections assess the visible and accessible components of the roof system only. We do not perform destructive testing or remove any building materials during inspections. Hidden or latent defects that are not visually detectable at the time of inspection are not the responsibility of Next Phase Roofing.
