About the Project
This project involved removing hail-damaged laminated architectural shingles down to the wood decking. Then, we installed a high-grade Palisade synthetic felt paper ice-and-water shield around the perimeter, both sides of the valleys, and around all penetrations. We also installed a Belmont Slate-like composition shingle that is class 4 hail resistant. This shingle is critical to ensure proper lines on the roof, resulting in a beautiful end product. The entire job was conducted during business hours without interruption to the bank.
