About the Project
This project was a total replacement of a spray polyurethane foam roof, composition shingle roof, and steeple. The building had been experiencing catastrophic leaks from the foam roofs. The rooftop AC units, gas lines, and electrical had been encapsulated in the existing foam roof due to poor workmanship. All rooftop AC units received new curbs, setting them at a proper height above the roof. All gas lines and electrical conduits were professionally installed above the newly finished roof — eliminating the existing safety hazards. We upgraded the composition shingles to a more contemporary and longer-lasting shingle, and the building received a brand new steeple.
