About the Project
The Paoli Public School scope included a full roof replacement of all roofs on campus after a major hail storm in the area. Virtually every roof type was utilized in this project. The gymnasium dome foam roof was severely damaged during the storm, so Next Phase replaced the roof within weeks of the storm. The high school's foam roof was upgraded to a durable TPO system with special details for complex roof penetrations. The rest of the campus received a complete replacement of all R-panel roofs. Insulation was added where necessary to increase the energy efficiency of the buildings. This project was successfully and safely completed during the active school year.
