This re-roofing project at BancFirst in Okemah involved a retrofit overlay over an existing modified bitumen system—a cost-effective approach that eliminated the need for a full tear-off while still delivering a long-term solution. The scope included high-density ISO board with tapered crickets to improve drainage, topped with a fully adhered 60-mil TPO membrane. All metal details were replaced and custom fabricated on-site, giving the roof a clean, finished result from edge to edge.
