This project featured a full roofing system replacement designed for long-term performance and durability. This included the installation of an NDL-certified TPO roofing system over a concrete deck, utilizing tapered insulation to improve drainage and energy efficiency. The central tower was finished with a custom fabricated standing seam metal, blending functionality with aesthetic appeal. The result is a fully code-compliant, weather-resistant roofing system tailored to the building’s structural and visual requirements.
