Next Phase started this project by removing four layers of roofing materials down to just a structural concrete deck. Then a base layer of polyISO was installed and a full taper system for code-compliant energy rating and proper water drainage. This entire insulation system was installed with low-rise polyurethane foam. Next Phase fully adhered a GAF TPO membrane roofing system and custom perimeter metal. This roof received a 20-year NDL warranty from the manufacturer. The entire project was coordinated and completed during business hours with zero interruption to service.
