Description

The historic First United Methodist Church structure was affected by straight-line winds that ripped portions of the roofing system and displaced various tiles. After working with the insurance company, Next Phase located matching Ludowici tiles and did a full lift and relay. The process involved carefully storing the tiles for future use, removing all roofing layers below the old tile, installing a high-temperature ice and water shield, re-laying the tile system, and mixing the replacements for proper blending. The job was done safely without disruption to operations.
