Holy Family Catholic Church required a major roofing overhaul after storm damage compromised its 50-year-old concrete tile system. The original tiles, though iconic, were no longer widely available, making a full roof replacement the most practical solution. This decision allowed for a complete revitalization of the church’s expansive campus, enhancing both its visual appeal and structural resilience.

The new roof featured a specialty underlayment for advanced protection and longevity, along with raised battens to improve ventilation and water drainage beneath the tiles. A custom hand-mixed tile blend was crafted to closely replicate the look of the original roof while providing a refreshed, modern finish that complemented the church’s architecture.

In addition to the roofing system, custom metal details were incorporated throughout the structure to ensure a cohesive, high-quality design. New guttering was also installed to enhance water management and protect the building from future weather-related damage. The result is a beautifully restored campus that preserves the church’s historical charm while offering durable, long-term protection.
