Description
This project included replacing all TPO roofing systems on the building with an insulation package that provided a taper, allowing for proper drainage. The standing seam roofs were also replaced, including the insulation. The rooftop HVAC units were replaced, including a reset of multiple 20-ton units. The interior received new paint and acoustic tiles. Overall, the project was completed ahead of schedule and without interruption to services and operations.
