BancFirst Blackwell was affected by a large hail storm that severely damaged the roof of the main bank building as well as the drive-thru. Next Phase worked with the bank's insurance to ensure a total replacement of the flat roofs and the metal mansard-style roofs in the front of the bank complex. This system was installed with low-rise polyurethane foam and was fully adhered. The metal panels were installed with a custom bent system to provide a beautiful curb appeal aesthetic. This roof received a 20-year NDL warranty from the manufacturer.
