Description

BancFirst Sulphur sustained significant damage after being struck by an EF3 tornado. Next Phase acted immediately to seal the building envelope and prevent further damage. Working closely with the insurance company, repairs were coordinated quickly and efficiently. A new TPO roofing system was installed, meeting NDL requirements, while the tower roof was outfitted with a custom standing seam roof and matching coping on all parapet walls.

In addition to the roofing work, the project included replacement of all rooftop HVAC equipment and plumbing lines, as well as a complete restoration of the building’s EIFS exterior, including the drive-thru canopy. All work was performed while the bank remained operational, resulting in a seamless and successful restoration in an area severely impacted by high winds.
