Southeast Door and Plywood was hit by a major hailstorm that left the roofing system in need of replacement. Next Phase installed a fully code-compliant TPO roofing system accompanied by a 20 year manufacturer warranty. The standing seam awning areas were also affected and replaced with all cosmetic mitered details attended to. The roof was finished off with custom 24 GA guttering and downspout system and cleated parapet cap.
